that's great for such a short amount of time! What program do you use/ is it free? all i have is photoshop imageready, and it takes forever to animate like 3 seconds.

i use easytoon: [link] ( this version's a little glitchy ) [link] (this one is simpler) and yes it's completely free. Great program insanely easy to use!
